  1. I totally agree! I owned a home before the Housing Scam took my home but after I had no more Legal and Financial obligations of owning my home, it was like a million ton weight lifted off my back. Now I'm not Shackled to a home and I can Relocate anywhere I want and don't have to worry about Natural Disasters that can take place as well. I have the money to go when and where I chose which is Great! I do rent a house so I save money on house repairs but here in Texas the rent is the same as if you were buying a home. Also most Landlords refuse to pay for up keep at the end of the lease they want to charge you if the home is not move-in ready( like paint carpet cleaning or replacement). What can I do to protect my security deposit?
